How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We use an SSL Secure connection during your transaction, ensuring that all your information is secure and private. The charge on your credit card statement will be under TeeZeria.com.

What is your return policy?
We are confident that you will love your new t-shirt. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly return (minus shipping) within 21 days of the delivery date. Contact us via email and we will provide you with the necessary information to facilitate your return. Merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn and in its original condition. Any merchandise found to be unacceptable and in un-sellable condition will be returned to the customer.

I need to track my package. How do I do that?
You will receive two email notifications with your order. The first confirms we received your order and are processing it. The second email notifies you that your order has been shipped. Included in this email is your tracking number. We use the United States Postal service (USPS) to ship our shirts. Simply go to their website at <a href="http://www.usps.com">usps</a>, enter your tracking number and watch your shirt travel across the country to your front door.

What is the sizing on the shirts?
When you select your t-shirt, you will see a space labeled "Apparel Information". This will give you all the pertinent information, i.e. basic fit, apparel weight, material components (100% cotton, etc.). For more specific sizing info, click on the link entitled "Sizing FAQs" and you will see the dimensions of the shirts.

What is your privacy policy?
We take your privacy concerns really serious. To that end, we have secured our site with the use of Comodo SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The information we collect during the ordering process is used for order confirmation purposes only. Check out our privacy policy link for more information.

Is your Website Secure?
We value your privacy and secure your information through strong encryption provided by Comodo. This standard protocol for transaction security provides an encrypted link between our server and your browser, ensuring that your information is safe and protected.

What t-shirt and apparel brands do you carry?
We carry several t-shirt and apparel brands including American Apparel, Distric Threads, Hanes and Precious Cargo. There are differences in these brands, notably the weight and fit. American Apparel and District Threads has a slim fit and are light weight. Hanes is heavier in weight and has a looser fit. The Apparel Information section in our preview page will let you know what brands are available.

What are your t-shirts made of?
When you choose your t-shirt, you will see a space labeled "Apparel Information". This section will let you know what the t-shirts are made of. Most of our t-shirts are 100% cotton, though some of the hoodies are a bit different (90% cotton, 10% poly-blend).

Do you have any other t-shirt and apparel designs that are not shown on TeeZeria.com?
We do! Because of trademark protections, some of the licensed images that we carry in our store are not allowed to be sold on the web. We carry many licensed designs in our store including: Rock Bands (AC/DC, Kiss, Run DMC, Blondie, Bowie, Doors, Beck and many more band shirts), Sesame Street, Nintendo, Jem and Transformers. If there is something you have in mind, give us a call and we can email you a sampling of some of the images you may be interested in. Our store number is: 312-595-5538.

How do I wash my new t-shirt favorite shirt?
We will include washing instructions with your order. Turn your t-shirt inside out when you throw it into the wash. Wash in cold water and do not use bleach. The shirt shouldn't need ironing, but if you cannot get your Army Sergeant's shrieking commands out of your head, iron around the transfer. Ironing directly on the design transfer will damage the design.

How do I check my order status?
Click on the order status button on our home page. This will let you know when your shirt is estimated to ship and when it should arrive.

I'm anxiously running to the mailbox daily. Only to run in my house crying because my t-shirt still hasn't arrived. Where is it?
If we could personally wipe those tears, we would. We ship out within 48 hours. We dutifully take it to the Post Office and let them do the rest. Track your package, and if you still haven't received it after 10 days, give us a shout via email or phone.

Do you have any retail stores?

We're never ones to stifle creativity, and we encourage your submissions. If we decide we cannot live without sharing your design with the world, we will compensate you for your artwork. (Though we all know that the true prize is the bragging rights you will have when your friends check out your poppin' shirt.)

The shirt/design/buckle/etc. I want is sold out. How will I know when it is back in stock?
We receive new orders weekly. If we are out of stock of a particular style, check back with us. If you cannot wait, shoot us an email and we will check on the status of the product you like. We will get back to you on when it is likely to come back in stock.

Not to brag, but I look bad ass in my new shirt. You want to see my photo?

When I went to check out, I was charged tax. What's up with that?
Death and Taxes, my friend. Some states require by law that online purchases are taxed. Illinois residents are subject to taxes, the rest of the states are off the hook. Look on the bright side, all those taxes will ensure that your car will not fall into a pothole, little Johnny next door can read and you have a public park to frolic in. Well, at least theoretically, this is what is supposed to happen.

My Uncle Waldo would love your t-shirts! I want to give him one for his birthday.

Check out our best sellers which gives a good indication of what sells the most. Right now, we are selling political and election t-shirts like crazy. So follow suit and express yourself with your own custom political and election tee.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. However, there are a few exceptions, namely Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Check with us and we will let you know if we ship to your neck of the woods.

I love your shirts but I am clear across the world. Can I still get the pizza box?
We charge $14.99 for international orders in a Priority Mail Envelope. If you want the box, it will be an extra $5.00.
